This class is created for all levels of practitioners and can be accessed by every body. Physically grounded, mentally energizing, emotionally balancing …just show up and be prepared to be centered and calm at the end of our session. Movements are steady and deliberate, and will bring about strength, flexibility, focus and expansion of the heart. Every class is different but follows the same template: meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, options for inversions, deep holds, back bends and eventually – the long awaited Savasana. Please bring your mat, block, strap, and any props you may need. I come with a plan but always allow intuition to guide me so be open to listening in deeply to your own heart.
