What's a Sadhana? Sadhana is your daily spiritual practice. You may start by just setting aside some time each day to practice techniques and activities such as meditation, yoga, chanting, and reading sacred literature. This 21 Day Sadhana will help you on a path towards enlightenment, through small daily connections.

You needn’t be a yoga teacher, or even a dedicated practitioner to take part in this program. Simply showing up, and yearning for more sustenance in your life is enough.  Having a desire to cultivate and sustain a higher resonance of living will be your reward.  

With this program you will have an opportunity to do all of that and more.  You will gain awareness around your daily habits and empower yourself from the ones that no longer serve, replacing them with ones that do.   You will elevate the way you look at the world and experience compassion like never before.  And you will emerge, after 21 days, clear, focused, and liberated.





Why 21 days?  Because some scientists say it takes 21 days to break/create a habit, and commit to something you desire.  So for 21 days we will commit to ourselves, to each other, and to a Divine Power that resides within all of us – in the hopes of connecting in deeper.  

 The 21 days

Our 21-day practice will be structured into (3) 7-day segments, to help sustain your focus and build the tools for a self-reflective home practice. A new session will be released every day, with recorded practices that you can use when it works for you and your schedule.  You will have 6 days of commitment, one day in between sections to reflect.  

Each section incorporates tools for building your commitment, self-inquiry, accountability, surrender, and sustainability for a continued practice once the Sadhana is complete.  

·       Days 1-7 | Satya | Truth:  Excavate what is truth for you 

·       Days 8-14 | Moksha | Liberation:  Be free from the past and patterns 

·       Days 15-21 | Anurakti | Love:  Follow your passionate desires 

Every section incorporates Kriya yoga, or the yoga of action, as outlined in Patañjali’s yoga sutras. 

Each 7-day section will include

·       A focused mantra for the day – an I AM statement 

·       Meditation

·       Pranayam

·       Asana

·       Essential oils and crystals to use 

·       Journaling prompts

  • The asana/pranayam practice for each 7-day segment is approximately 15 minutes total. It includes a short meditation and mantra.  

  • You will also receive (21) 8-12 minute meditations that can be downloaded and utilized on your iPod or other listening device - you can keep these!

  • (9) Sun Salutation videos are added to your course (Sun A, Sun B, One for each chakra) 

  • In total, about 60 minutes of guided practice are anticipated for each day, and I recommend setting aside an additional 15 minutes for journaling. 

  • I’m encouraging you to choose a book to revisit or visit during this time.  Maybe one you’ve purchased and haven’t made the time to look at.

  • Each session includes journaling prompts so I would recommend purchasing a journal you enjoy looking at and feeds your creativity.   

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for anyone who craves a deeper connection to who they are and how to live a life that is truly their own.   We do this not to gain anything at all, but instead to realign as we evolve.
