The answers you seek are within

The answers are within …

How many times have you heard this?  Well, it’s true. 

And how many times do you look outward for

• Answers

• Validation

• Someone to blame

• Something to blame

• Clarity

• Direction

None of that is located outside of you … it’s all inside.  All the morsels, all the magic, all the Divine knowledge and wisdom … inside.

But you are too busy to notice – to slow down – to get quiet. 

Gotta get, gotta go, gotta have … not worth it lovelies. 

Peace and calm and answers are an inside job. 

This is why I love breathwork so much.  My mind literally shuts down.  Turns off. Tunes out. And then tunes into the subtleties of my consciousness.  My body gets all tingly, emotions trapped inside begin bubbling to the surface, and visions that I don’t control, all flash before my third eye. 

It’s as if the Universe is showing me exactly what I need to see.

It’s creating the space I need to feel how I feel.

And it’s supporting me in clearing what I need to clear.

Nothing has been this powerful for me before this moment and if you’ve practiced breathwork, you know.  If you haven’t … I invite you to try it. It took me a few times and a few teachers to surrender … but that sweet surrender is addictive.

I am taking 1:1 clients through November 15th 2023. These sessions are for those individuals who want to truly create change in their life. Who want to be inspired by their own inner wisdom.  Who want to live a life that is authentically their own.  And this is not say that everything before this moment was not authentic…..

Quite the contrary … You are just ready to evolve.  There are times we can remain comfy and cozy in our life, and there are times to grow. You KNOW which one you’re in …
