Dive into the Deep End of your Existence

The questions we ALL should be asking ourselves are:

  • How much longer am I willing to skim the surface of my life?

  • How important is liberation from the past to me?

  • How valuable is authentic connection to myself, others, and God to me?

  • How deeply have I loved others?

  • Am I really loving myself?

And then are you ready to:

  • Tell the truth?

  • Share your feelings?

  • Leave when you know it’s time to go?

  • Stay when you know there is work to be done?

  • Own your patterns and do the work?

  • Invest in yourself and stop making excuses?

  • Be vulnerable?

  • Honor your needs by setting boundaries?

  • Show the world who you really are?

These may be challenging questions, but these are opportunistic times that are ripe for this kind of thing.

Sitting in discomfort is not always the popular choice. In fact, I find that most enjoy staying comfortable instead or doing the work to grow.  But what most people forget is that we are here to grow and evolve.  And if YOU don’t choose it, at some point, the Universe will choose it for you and that is never comfortable.

Diving into the Deep End is this month’s theme for my personal breathwork sessions.  And by personal, I mean for my own practice and for those of you who are doing 1:1 sessions with me.  I wouldn’t ask you to do anything that I wouldn’t do myself … so let’s jump into the deep end together.

If you haven’t heard, I’m taking new clients for this kind of deep work now, through November 15, 2023. I’ll begin again in January 2024 so get in now before the New Year is upon us all.

These sessions allow you to be seen, witnessed, and held while you dive into your truth.  They allow you to gain clarity, dissolve grief, diffuse rage, and release old, stagnate energy.  That is … IF you are willing to let go.

Personally, I’ve found that breathwork session reconnect me to my heart and intuition in ways that yoga and meditation never did.  It’s like bypassing the brain quickly, and accessing the subconscious mind on the fast train.

Let’s dive in together.
