Mystical Practices are energies and processes that seem mystical but have been around forever. For me, there are so many avenues that define “mystical practices”. Essential Oils, Energy work, Crystals, Shamanism, Reiki, Sacred Geometry, and subtle body healing with “alternative” modalities.

Energy Medicine is a word coined by three researchers who gathered at Boulder, Colorado, in the late 1980s. It is defined as

any energetic or informational interaction with a biological system to bring back homeostasis in the organism.

As someone who believes whole-heartedly in our emotional and energetic bodies being THE compass for our overall health and well-being, these programs will continue to grow and expand over time. I, like you, am learning and practicing as I go. Sharing new and innovative tools, that have been around forever, to aid in your healing and the healing of this planet.
