Compassionate Leadership

I have been talking about the balance of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine for years now. It's infiltrated my heart, my writing, and all my relationships. When these energies come into balance we will experience a new world.  And it doesn’t have to be some big grandiose thing either.  It can be as simple as finding that balance within yourself.

Yes, that’s right - it's time be in love with the power within you and use it for leading a new world, new perspective, and new ways to love ... for real.  My personal belief is that once we recognize that compassion (along with forgiveness, empathy, grace, and gratitude of course) is what heals the planet, … the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine will find its way back into balance.

The idea of alchemizing what is in our hearts and transmuting everything to love, is something I believe in whole-heartedly.  If we are to experience a new world, a new way of being and relating … we must come back to love.

To trust.
To being vulnerable.
To forgiveness.
To compassion.

To embracing and saying how our soul feels without hesitation and without fear. We must allow ourselves to stop rigid thinking and ways of being, and drop into the rhythm of the heart instead.

It is time for compassionate leadership in order to free our souls. It is scientifically proven that the planets are moving closer to a 5 Dimensional spin. Meaning, our Universe has been advancing from a 7Mhz to 12Mhz rate of evolution. That means our capacity to manifest quickens. Which means we are either acting from a place of unconscious reaction or clear, laser sharp, heart centered action.

It means that we must value and discipline our thoughts.  It means we must look beyond the ego and drop into the heart over and over and over again.

I looked up compassion:

sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others;
pity, sympathy, empathy, care, concern, mercy, tolerance

I have my own definition:

If we are truly living in compassion, then we subscribe to the fact that we are all One.  That there is no separation and no such thing as duality.  And that when we damn someone else, we are actually damning ourselves. And that when we look into the eyes of another, if we stare just long enough, we see ourselves.

Intense, I know but very true if you sit with it long enough.

It is time to love each other without expectation, without a filter, or without some sort of old story attached to every exchange we have.  When we do that, we move beyond the illusion of separation and move into compassionate leadership.

Meaning we lead our thoughts, words and deeds in love for self and each other as if we were one.  It means we lead with love and allow everything to unfold from there.  It means that the “bottom line” of our life, may not balance out to some old expectation or idea about what we thought we would accomplish.  But instead … it becomes a mosaic and stories of love, connection, and experience that is in alignment with the benefit of the whole.  It means we shift into leadership that is driven by the heart so we can connect more deeply to the Divine within us, which connects us to each other.

We forgive.
We let go.
We listen.
We love.

Yup .. shouldn’t be too hard.
