Corporate Wellness

I have been working with corporations since 1996 - I came from the corporate world and understand the demands of the workplace. I offer the gifts of bringing people together, identifying struggles, supporting mutual understanding, introducing new tools for connection, and increasing creative collaboration. I can put all the titles next to my name but it boils down to this: I care.

When we create a habit that includes meditation, breath-work, yoga and exploring nature, we learn the tools necessary to take on the challenges of life with more ease and grace, instead of struggle and conflict.
