Astrology Readings:
In addition to understanding your energy as it is now, it is also helpful to have an awareness of the Sun, the Moon, the Nodes, and the stars and how your own astral body relates to all that is flowing around you.  Dana offers a simple natal-chart reading and a basic understanding of what was happening at the time of your birth.  We work in the realm of where you came from, potential karma, and healing opportunities so you can live your best life.
One Hour - $135

Reiki/Healing Sessions:
A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Sessions can be scheduled for a chronic issue or when something feels a bit off balance.  Quite often sessions are combined with meditation, yin-yoga, and/or intuitive readings.
One Hour - $135

**Can be scheduled at the retreat center - no need to book in advance!

All optional excursions are booked AT BODHI TREE RESORT

Our surf lessons are scheduled according to the tides to ensure the guest learning conditions. Lessons include a workshop on the basics of surfing, safety tips, paddling techniques, before you stand up on a board and ride the waves.

Enjoy the longest Canopy Tour in the world located within a pristine 2500-acre forest reserve. This tour is nestled in the mountains surrounding the village of Nosara and will be a highlight of your trip. You will travel across majestic mountain ranges and valleys, soar high above multiple ravines with breathtaking views of rivers, waterfalls, and the Pacific Ocean.

Stand up paddle the serene waters of the Rio Montana and Rio Nosara, weaving your way through mangrove tunnels to a hidden trail that leads out to Playa Nosara. This is a stand up paddling adventure that will (peacefully) blow your mind. Best of all - it's accessible to every and we'll do all we can to make sure you have a successful experience in the water.

Paddle around Garza's northern headland to the fabled Isla Rosana, visit the tucked away "Coco" beach, explore the outer reefs of south Guinoes or cruise the Garza bay. This tour will be crafted based on ocean conditions to ensure your safety.

This tour will take you from the river up to the hills with breathtaking views of the ocean, beaches and mangroves, through jungle trials and along the beaches of Nosara and Ostional.

Founded in January of 1999, this refuge has been a place for the injured, displaced, and orphaned wildlife from Nosara and the Nicoya Peninsula region of Costa Rica. Your visit will include a tour of the Refuge facilities, an opportunity to meet many of their current "guests" in residence up close and learning about their work and their programs to care for the injured and orphaned wildlife.

If you've come to Costa Rica to surf, get the best local surfing experience possible! This program is designed for experienced surfers and includes transportation to popular breaks like Playa Garza, Ostional, Marbella, and Camaronal.
$200 per person

Experience one of
Nosara's hidden gems; this tucked away waterfall destination is a refreshing treat, following a 45 minute moderate hike. Bask in the cool water and natural beauty of the site. Depending on the time of year, it's even possible to hike upriver through the waterfalls. Returning from the falls you'll be greeted with an organic picnic lunch and refreshments.

The Rio Nosara and the Rio Montana are the two largest rivers in Nosara, and where they converge you will find a tremendous amount of natural beauty. Kayak alongside great blue herons, anhingas, roseate spoonbills, and maybe even a few crocodiles. Cap it off with an ice-cold watermelon juice or a sunset cerveza at the Boca.

Rent, explore, or choose from a variety of guided ATV tours that will have you jumping through waterfalls, taking part in a once in a lifetime turtle hatching experience, or experience snorkeling in the pristine blue water of San Juanillo.

The Ostional Wildlife Refuge in Costa Rica was created in 1984 to protect one of the world's most important nesting sites of the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle. Turtles nest at Ostional year round but peak time occurs from August through December.
