Ever want to learn to write? Think you have something to share? Everyone has a story and those stories we keep inside of us can most often, heal someone else. The yoga mat has been a place for contemplation, quiet and clarity for many. Our own story bubbles up as we are quiet and hit the pause button of our own life so we can continue to create clear pathways to expansion and growth.
Do you have a story to share? How do you get your words out on paper? Do others want to hear what you have to say? How can you share and remain detached to any outcome or readership?
How do you know what’s blocking you until you move your body and sweat out the ego’s hold on your mind?
The writing can be for you or for online consumption - either way, let it come from a place laced in truth and deep spiritual connection to the Divine. Keep your writing to yourself or gain knowledge on how to get your articles published, books written or simply shared via social media.
Plan to practice for 90 minutes - at the minimum. Plan to sweat, chant, write, laugh and enjoy this process that is unfolding … the one we call life.
