Learn how to share your love of yoga with populations other than the Vinyasa Flow type! Want to learn how to help bring the love of yoga to populations who are injured, recovering from illness, have lost flexibility over time, or just simply brand new to yoga and are “stiff” in their bodies or their minds? In this workshop you will learn techniques that can bring this love of yoga to populations that need assistance and special attention. You will learn how to modify almost every pose imaginable with blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters for more expansion and flexibility in the body, mind and soul. Prepare for 90 minutes of yoga, lots of long holds and integration into restorative postures using all types of props!
