ADVANCED SYSTEMS OF THE BODY
Prerequisite: Anatomy 500
THE ART OF SEQUENCING
Design classes that leave people waiting and longing for more. Not only that but, use these themes for social media and blog posts, creating a deeper connection with your students and a more compassionate observation of yourself. Learn how to theme classes based on the Yamas and Niyamas, Chakras, Astral Energy or any thought or idea that you are inspired to explore with your students. Create a single class or even a week long workshop! Leave with sequences and programs that can be designed to be duplicated and utilized over and over again.
One weekend: 16 hours. Start each day by taking Dana's signature class, Moon Mystic Flow. Then reconvene for lecture and further discussion.
During this weekend we'll revisit basic assisting before covering more advanced asanas. We will also discuss:
- Energetic Hygiene
- Cool Tricks with Yoga Props
- Lines of energy and energetic connection in posture
- Supporting students in inversions, backbends, balancing postures, and more.
TAKE FLIGHT: ARM BALANCING AND INVERSIONS
Join Amber and Gillian for a weekend of inversions, including learning basic core engagement, energetic alignment, and how to conquer your fear and lift your feet off the ground. All levels of flyers are welcome - we'll cater this flight practice to you and make it accessible, playful, and powerful.

CHAKRA DIVE - ENERGETIC ANATOMY
Start with Sun Salutations for each chakra, add in postures and affirmations for a deeper experience. Learn about subtle energy anatomy, the structures of the energies that underpin physical reality into our physical bodies. Dana offers tools, techniques and energy based methods for making a difference. Yoga is an energy medicine .. it’s movement of body in alignment with breath .. dissolving dis-ease of the body and neurosis of the mind. The goal is to enable energetic shifts to create true healing. Seeing beyond the physical form and into the energy field.
Prepare to start each day with yoga asana, followed by lecture.
